How long until I receive my package?
Standard shipping withing the USA can take 10 to 12 business days for order processing and delivery. All orders of in-stock items are processed & shipped upon receipt. Express shipping can take 3 to 5 business days. We do not currently support overnight shipping.
What if my gear is out of stock?
You will be notified of any items that are not in stock, back-ordered, or discontinued. We will contact you by email and/or phone to discuss your options (refund, substitution, etc).
Can you ship to my PO Box?
For Post Office Boxes & Military Bases we must ship via U.S Mail & an additional shipping charge may be required. Please allow at least 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of all U.S Mail shipments, which include but are not limited to HI, AK, PR, APO’s, FPO’s & P.O Boxes. We will contact you by email and/or phone if additional shipping is required.
Do you ship internationally?
We are not accepting international orders outside of North America at this time. We require a credit card issued by a U.S Bank or Institution.
What if my order is extremely heavy or large?
Orders deemed too large or too heavy for "heavy goods" shipping will be subject to a Over Maximum Charge. We will contact you by email and/or phone with a freight quote. All over-sized shipment charges must gain final approval by customer before leaving the warehouse.
Am I required to pay sales tax?
We are required to charge county, municipal, and state taxes for regions our business has a physical presence in. Our store is in Washington and a supply warehouse in Illinois. Taxes are automatically calculated by the website.
What is your exchange / return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Are some types of goods exempt from being returned?
Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items include gift cards, downloadable software products, health and personal care items. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: books with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How do you handle refunds?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email and/or call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
